You Think You Funny? Don't You?

 Just for the record...
Since it is getting warmer outside, I will be taking my walks through the Courthouse whenever I can. To avoid anymore wasted breaths, I want you to do this test... Okay?
The next time you want to be "cute" and yell obscenities out of your car window, do this...
Turn the volume all the way up in your car and try to talk to your friend in the passenger side...
This is technically all I can hear because my music in my headphones is cracked all the way up. It is like me being at a concert and sitting next to the speakers. The only thing that I can hear is an ambulance when it is passing by. Barely...

It is kinda scary walking down the road and I see this face stuck all outside the car window..

So, next time you have that urge to lower you level on the humanity chart, I can guarantee you that it will fall on deaf ears...
I do believe that is the reason they invented the window lock. To keep all those wannabe comedian faces inside the car..

Words don't mean that much to me...

I lied...

Recently, after my weight loss became noticeable, people got weirder... The following sentences are no longer acceptable as valid compliments and/or topic starters...

  • "Have you done something with your eyebrows?" (Gerri my co-worker...EPIC!!)
  • "I liked you the way you were..."
  • "How much do you weigh now?"
  • "I will lose the rest of your weight for you..."
  • "Is that on your diet?"
  • "You made me look short, now I look short and fat!"
  • "Hi, Skinny Mini!!" (What's up Tubby Wubby?)
  • "You have lost weight. You have lost a lot of weight. I see it, yeah..." (This was one of those random compliments that I heard but didn't know where it was coming from...)
  • "Your head is getting smaller."
  • "You can't eat that! Your doing so well..."
  • "Wouldn't your face get smaller if you lost that much weight, like so and soh's did?"
  • "Your a sexy lady..." (This came from a 85 year old man. I really felt I needed to shower after this was said...)

ROY G BIV Day!!

Today on the March Challenge it was ROY G BIV Day. For those of y'all that have absolutely no idea what that means or can't remember all the way back to grade school...

(Later during the night, I also ate more strawberries. That were not freeze dried..)

Indigo: Since Indigo and Violet (to me) are the same color, I only did one... I was also to lazy to google the colors until just now and I am still quite positive that they are the same color...

Results of March Challenge Week 2

Three and a half pounds!! Son!!

I decided for the month of March to post my weight every weigh-in Monday. Just to show my trials and errors...
Don't get this wrong, I am doing other things outside of this challenge to help achieve my goal...

TRYING TO LOSE ANOTHER FIFTY!!! LEGO!!
Week # 2 -- March 5th -- Goal 300 minutes:
Mon: 69 Minutes/ Elliptical, StairMaster, Weights (25 push-ups)
Tue: 70 Minutes/ Elliptical, Treadmill (30 minutes walking)
Wed: 45 Minutes/ Dancing around the room like an idiot (20-30 minutes strength training)
Thur: 120 Minutes/ Zumba, Kickboxing, Walking the Dog (Do a full plank)
Fri: 50 Minutes/ Zumba
Sat: Rest Day!!
Sun: 72 Minutes/ Basketball, Elliptical, Bike (20 minutes cycling on highest intensity)

Week Two Total / min left: 426/ 0

Results of March Challenge Week 1

I know, I know, I said that I was not going to post my weight again, but it's my blog and I do what I want!!

Week # 1 -- Feb 27th -- Goal 300 minutes:

Mon: 40 Minutes/ Elliptical
Tue: 54 Minutes/ StairMaster, Basketball, Swimming
Wed: Rest Day (they are going to try to kill me tomorrow)
Thur: 135 Minutes/ Kick Boxing, Zumba, Walking Dog, (Fifty Jumping Jacks)
Fri: 50 Minutes/ Zumba (At least 30 minutes of cardio)
Sat: 10 Minutes (50 crunches)
Sun: 60 Minutes/ Basketball, Dancing around like a crazy person (15 Minutes of Jump Rope)

Cheating Day?

Well, my cheating day was kinda normal...
I ate at Panera Bread...



...with this lady who has never picked up a chair in her life... Don't be ANNOYING while I am writing a blog!!

Anywho...


...I got my cake...


YUMMY!!

...and ate my sushi...


DELISH!!!



...but this time, I decided to try something a little different. I started my day with 120 MINUTES OF PURE CARDIO!! YEAH, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, KICK BABY, PUNCH BABY, and so on and so on... I feel very accomplished, tired, and sleepy all at the same time.

The March Challenge
This is the first time I have posted my weight on a blog... It will be the last.... BOOM!!


Not to mention this is the first day of the March Challenge. The first day was 50 jumping jacks. I finished and posted it on facebook around one in the morning.


Overall, today alone I have done more than a hundred jumping jacks.
Jumping jacks are seriously overrated.
I AM DONE JUMPING!!!
I would trade my left boob to NOT jump again!


I can honestly say, that was the first time at the gym that I was able to sweat through ALL of my clothes. Good thing I bought a change of clothes cause after that workout it looked like I had just walked out of the ocean.
Hopefully, tomorrow will not be as intense...
Hopefully, tomorrow I will still have the ability to walk and lift my arms...
